By using Steady, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Steady is a desktop and web application that provides real-time support during online interviews. It helps users stay structured and think clearly under pressure.
3. Accounts
You need an account to use Steady. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. One account per person.
4. Credits and payments
- Credits are purchased through Stripe.
- Credits do not expire.
- All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if no credits have been used.
5. Free sessions
All accounts include unlimited free 10-minute sessions with a 5-minute cooldown between each session. No payment is required.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account with others.
- Reverse-engineer or modify the software.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
7. Intellectual property
Steady and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Steady and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload, such as resumes.
8. Data and privacy
Your use of Steady is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and handle your information with care.
9. Availability
We aim to keep Steady available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
10. Limitation of liability
Steady is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Steady after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
